Quick step by step procedure:
Blend flour, water, oil, salt and red bean stew powder to make batter. It should not be very soft. Leave aside for 15 minutes.
Step2:
Warmth two tsp oil and add potatoes and peas. Cover on low flame for 5 minutes and Add garam masala, pepper, amchur and jeera powder, blend well and again cover for 5-8 minutes.
Step3:
Add cashew nuts and saps eventually and keep on fire for 3-5 minutes.. Keep aside to cool.
Step4:
Roll small balls of the dough like chapati. Cut each in two sections (like semi-circle), at that point take one semi circle and overlap it looking like a cone. Use water while doing so.
Step5:
Stuff the combination of potatoes, peas and flavors in that cone and seal it by taking a drop of water on your finger. Heat oil and fry.
Serve hot with tamarind chutney or green chutney.
