Fixings: 

  • 2 cups finely cleaved capsicum, cabbage, carrot, beans and spring onion whites (pressed cups) 
  • 2 tbsps maida/universally handy flour 
  • 2 tbsps cornflour 
  • 1/2 tbsp rice flour 
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic-green bean stew glue 
  • 1/4 tsp soy sauce 
  • 1/2 tsp dark pepper powder 
  • warm water as required (under 1/2 cup is required) 
  • salt to taste 
  • oil for profound broiling 

For sauce: 

  • 1/4 cup spring onions, finely hacked 
  • 1/2 tbsps finely minced garlic 
  • 1/2 tbsp finely minced ginger 
  • 2 finely hacked green chillis 
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (ideally Kashmiri) 
  • 2 tsps soya sauce 
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce 
  • 2 tsps vinegar 
  • 2 tbsps toamto sauce 
  • 1 tsp brown sugar 
  • salt as required 
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
  • 1/2 – 2 tbsps finely hacked coriander leaves OR spring onion greens

STEP1: 
             Heat oil for profound searing in a bottomed vessel. 

STEP 2:
              In a bowl, mix maida, cornflour, rice flour, salt, ginger-garlic-green bean stew glue, pepper powder, soy sauce, salt and every one of the finely cleaved vegetables. Sprinkle little water to make a thick blend. Add water gradually and utilize just as much water as needed to frame little balls. STEP 3:

STEP 1:
               Blend a tbsp of cornflour in a little water. Keep to the side. 

STEP 2:
